System functionWashing cycle
Once the IBCs reach the washing station, they follow the configured process selected by the customer. Depending on the system layout, the cycle may include pre-washing, washing, or rinsing across one or multiple stations. A rotating spray head is inserted into the IBC and performs high-pressure internal cleaning. The washing fluid exits from the bottom valve of the container and, depending on the system configuration, is either collected for recovery or discharged. After the set cycle time is completed, the IBC automatically advances to the next station. The system can also include an external cleaning station, which may be fully automatic (using high-pressure sprinklers to wash the external surfaces of the IBC) or manual (where an operator cleans the IBC using a high-pressure lance in a dedicated area).
