To start a cleaning cycle with BascaMobile, the operator positions the mobile washing head inside the tank or IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) and connects the washing head to the BascaMobile unit. If required, the return hose can also be connected for liquid recovery.

Once the START button is pressed, BascaMobile initiates the automated washing cycle for tanks and IBCs. The washing water is drawn either from the main water supply or an external storage tank, routed through a high-performance pump and delivered to the rotating washing head. The 360-degree spray motion ensures full internal coverage of the container’s surface for thorough and uniform cleaning. Optional systems for filtration and water recirculation are available on request, providing enhanced efficiency and reduced water consumption for industrial applications.

After pressing the START button, BascaMobile begins the automated tank or IBC washing process. The washing fluid is drawn from its internal tank and sent through the washing pump to the 360-degree rotating washing head. This motion ensures complete internal surface coverage for thorough cleaning. On request, the system can include filtration and recirculation of the washing fluid in a closed-loop circuit, maximizing resource efficiency until the cycle is complete.

After the main washing cycle, BascaMobile automatically performs the rinsing phase. Clean rinsing fluid—either drawn from a dedicated secondary tank or directly from the water network (if water is used)—is injected through the main pump and delivered to the 360° washing head. On request, the rinsing fluid can be filtered and collected either in the main washing liquid tank or in a dedicated recovery tank, depending on the system configuration. This ensures flexibility, efficiency, and compliance with environmental standards.

At the end of the washing or rinsing cycle, BascaMobile automatically stops and activates a visual signal on the control panel to notify the operator. At this point, the tank or IBC is fully cleaned and can be safely removed from the machine, ready for reuse or further processing.
