System functionLoading the contaminated solvent

The operator pours the used solvent into the tank or via a transfer pump. This solvent typically contains residues from inks, paints, glue or other chemicals.

System functionHeating phase

Electric heating elements heat up the thermal oil in the double jacket of the boiling tank, which ensure safe and gradual temperature increase. The solvent is then brought to its boiling point.

System functionEvaporation and separation

Once the boiling point has been reached, the solvent begins to evaporate, separating from heavy residues such as ink, paint or chemical sludge. These contaminants stay in the boiler, while the clean solvent vapor continues through the process.

System functionCondensation

The vapor is routed into a condenser (air- or water-cooled), where it’s cooled and returned to liquid form. The distilled solvent is collected into a tank and is ready for immediate reuse.
