Connect the compressed air supply (4 Bar) to the pneumatic motor, and the cleaning fluid line from the machine or external CIP system. Verify that all connections are secure and that the device is correctly oriented before proceeding with the cleaning cycle.

Once installed, activate the pneumatic motor to start the rotation of the brush. The device operates in parallel with the Basca Washing Machine or CIP system, ensuring that the rotating brush thoroughly cleans the interior of the valve while fluid flows through. The brush adapts to the internal diameter of the valve, mechanically removing residues and contaminants as the cleaning fluid passes through. This simultaneous action guarantees that even the internal surfaces of the valve are cleaned effectively without the need for manual intervention.

Routine maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance of the Valve Cleaning Device. After each use, the device should be rinsed to remove any residual product or fluid. Periodically inspect the brush for wear, check seals and joints for leaks, and ensure that the camlock fittings remain secure and undamaged.
