System functionPreparing to test

Before starting the IBC leak test, the operator places the container on the testing area. The system is compatible with various IBC sizes and automatically adjusts the sealing frame. Once the IBC is secured, the air line is connected, and the PLC is configured via touchscreen. Optionally, conveyor systems can automate the IBC loading to save time and reduce operator effort.

System functionTesting cycle

Once the cycle starts, compressed air at 6 Bar is injected into the sealed IBC. The PLC monitors internal pressure to detect leaks as small as 1 square millimeter. If no pressure drop is detected, the IBC is validated for safe reuse. The stainless steel build ensures stability and precision during the test. When finished, the IBC is either approved or rejected, and optionally conveyed out automatically.

System functionRegular maintenance

To keep the system efficient, regular maintenance is simple and quick. Operators must inspect the sealing frame and air lines for wear or blockage. The PLC system should be updated and cleaned periodically. Any dust or residues on sensors must be removed. Stainless steel components require minimal care, ensuring durability. Conveyor systems, if installed, should be lubricated and tested monthly.
