To begin the cleaning process with Basca3T, the operator connects the IBC cover with integrated washing head to the high-pressure hose and places the assembly into the IBC container. The head cover is then secured using metal bars to prevent water splashes during the Washing cycle. If the system is equipped with BascaLDB, the operator can alternatively connect the hose to the LDB platform for automated head positioning, enhancing precision and convenience. The operator then sets the washing time via the timer or loads a predefined cleaning recipe through the HMI interface, if available. Press the START button to launch the automated IBC cleaning cycle.

A few seconds after the START button is pressed, Basca3T automatically checks for the presence of feeding water. If no water is detected, the system immediately stops the operation to protect the high-pressure pump from damage. If the water supply is confirmed, it is directed to the washing pump and then to the 360° rotating washing head. This motion ensures complete internal coverage of the IBC or tank surface, delivering a powerful and uniform cleaning action.

At the end of the cleaning cycle, the Basca3T system automatically stops, and a visual signal on the control panel alerts the operator. At this stage, the container is fully cleaned and can be safely disconnected from the machine, ready for reuse or the next production step.

Basca machines are designed for simple operation and low-maintenance management.
