To start cleaning, position the Mixer Cleaning tank under the mixer or disperser as if it were a standard movable tank. Lock it in place using the usual fixing system. Then, connect the high-pressure hose from the BascaMobile machine to the nozzle head and the return hose to the bottom drain valve. Finally, connect the air hoses that activate the rotating nozzles. The system is now ready to perform an efficient, fast and safe automatic cleaning cycle.

To begin the process, access the HMI of the BASCA Mobile Machine and press Start. The unit will send cleaning fluid to the rotating nozzles installed inside the Mixer Cleaning tank. Based on the selected recipe, the nozzles will operate for set times while the mixer or disperser moves. The high-pressure jets impact all internal surfaces, including dome and shaft. After the cycle, the machine stops fluid supply and the return hose removes remaining residues.

At the end of the cycle, raise the mixer or disperser cover and reverse the initial setup steps: disconnect the air hoses, return hose, and high-pressure line. Once all connections are safely removed, the BASCA Mixer Cleaning tank is free and can be taken out. You can now store it or move it to clean another mixer. The system is designed for easy handling, allowing fast repositioning and quick changeover between mixers for continuous productivity.

Regular maintenance of the Mixer Cleaning tank focuses mainly on the rotating nozzles. Seals must be checked and replaced periodically, and nozzles should be cleaned and inspected for proper function. All pipes must be checked for obstructions. High-pressure valve seals should be examined and replaced if worn. Finally, inspect the wheels and the tank’s structure to ensure safe mobility and durability over time. Routine checks guarantee optimal performance and long-term reliability.
