To begin the cleaning process with BascaBins, the operator first connects the machine to the compressed air supply and opens the airflow valve. Next, the cleaning chamber lid is lifted, and the container (bin, bucket, or small drum) is placed inside. After closing the lid, the operator secures the locking mechanism to activate the machine. The cleaning timer is then set according to the required cycle, and pressing the START button launches the automated Washing cycle. BascaBins ensures quick setup, efficient operation, and optimal results for cleaning small industrial containers.

After pressing the START button, BascaBins begins the cleaning cycle by drawing the washing fluid from its integrated tank into the high-performance pump, which then feeds it to the rotating washing head. The 360° spray motion ensures complete coverage of the inner surface of the bin or container. On request, the system supports fluid filtration and closed-loop recirculation throughout the entire cycle, maximizing efficiency and reducing waste. Once the preset cleaning time (adjustable between 10 and 600 seconds) has elapsed, the machine automatically stops and a visual signal is displayed to inform the operator that the cleaning process is complete.

The integrated tank of BascaBins has a total capacity of 90 liters. For optimal performance, it is recommended to fill it to approximately 50% of its volume. The cleaning fluid can be easily loaded by pouring it directly into the cleaning chamber. To empty the tank, simply tilt the machine and open the bottom discharge valve located on the storage tank to safely recover the used washing fluid. This practical design ensures efficient fluid handling, quick refills, and simplified waste recovery.

Basca machines are easy to run and to maintain. The machine can be equipped with a filter and a pre-filter on the cleaning chamber, it is recommended to clean this periodically. Other maintenance operator are the periodical check gaskets and fitting for normal aging.
