System functionWashing cycle
After the START button is pressed, the Basca system performs a full sensor check to ensure all safety and operational parameters are met. Once validated, the machine begins the washing cycle. The washing fluid is drawn from its storage tank into a pump, then directed to the spray nozzles. The fluid is evenly sprayed across the inner tank surfaces, while rotating brushes vigorously clean the walls and bottom of the container. An electric motor powers the brush rotation, while dual pistons enable vertical movement to ensure full-contact cleaning. The washing fluid is filtered and recirculated in a closed-loop system until the cycle ends. Multiple customizable recipes allow the cleaning process to be tailored to different container types and fluid compositions, ensuring optimal results.
