Preparing to Wash

The operator connects the machines to the air supply and opens the airflow valve. Then opens the lid and places inside of the cleaning chamber the container to clean. Operator closes the cover and turns the closure to activate machine. Operator configures timer and press START button to initiate the cleaning cycle.

 

Washing Cycle

After START has been pushed, the washing media is sucked from its tank into the washing pump and then to the washing head. Thanks to the head motion, that covers a 360° area, the media is sprayed all over the inner tank surface. Washing media is filtered and recirculated in closed loop till the end. After configured time (10 to 600 seconds) on timer the machine stop, indicating with a signal the end of the cleaning cycle.

Tank Filling

The tank has a capacity of 90Lt. It is recommended to fill it with half of it's capacity. Cleaning media can be loaded on the tank by poring it into the cleaning chamber. To empty tank, just raise the machine and open the bottom valve on the stocking tank and recover the dirty cleaning media.

Regular Maintenance

Basca machines are easy to run and to maintain. The machine is equipped with n°2 filters inside the tank and a pre-filter on the cleaning chamber, it is recommended to clean this periodically. Other maintenance operator are the periodical check gaskets and fitting for normal aging.
