El operario coloca el bidón o el cubo dentro de la lavadora industrial y cierra firmemente la puerta frontal. Para iniciar el ciclo de limpieza, el operario debe pulsar el botón START.
Importante: Si la máquina cuenta con certificación ATEX para su uso en entornos explosivos, la pinza de puesta a tierra debe conectarse antes de colocar el bidón o el contenedor. Esta conexión de seguridad se liberará automáticamente una vez que el contenedor esté correctamente posicionado.

Once the START button is activated, the automated washing machine performs a full check of all sensor signals to ensure safe operation. The washing fluid is drawn from its storage tank through the washing pump and directed to the 360-degree rotating washing head. This head ensures complete internal coverage of the drum or bucket surface, delivering powerful and uniform spray cleaning. For containers that require external cleaning, high-pressure nozzle bars installed within the cabin target the outer surfaces. The washing liquid is continuously filtered and recirculated in a closed-loop system throughout the cleaning cycle. With customizable washing programs, the machine automatically adjusts the cleaning cycle to match the type of washing media and the specific container geometry, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.

After the washing phase, the system automatically performs the rinsing cycle using clean rinsing fluid. This media is either drawn from a secondary storage tank or directly from the water supply network, depending on the setup. The clean liquid is then pumped through the main washing pump and sprayed via the washing head to ensure thorough rinsing of all internal surfaces. The used rinsing fluid is filtered and directed either back into the main washing liquid storage tank or collected separately in a dedicated recovery tank, ensuring sustainable and efficient operation.

Al finalizar el ciclo, la máquina se detiene y una señal visual en el panel de control informa al operario. Ahora el bidón/cubo está limpio e puede retirarse de la máquina.
